The application/administrative fee is $350 (non-refundable). 

The deposit starts at $1,000.00 and can vary based on credit.

We require you to make three times the monthly rent. If applying alone, your monthly income must equal three times the monthly rent, and if applying with a roommate or a spouse, your combined income must equal three times the monthly rent. Signed job offers are acceptable for proof of income. 

All of our garages are single-car, and they are roughly 20 ft by 12 ft. The cost for the garages is $150/mo. upon request.

We offer leases from 6 months to 24 months. For a 6-month lease there is a $200 premium per month. 

The dimensions of the storage units are roughly 5 ft by 5 ft, and they cost $50/mo. upon request.

No, we do not provide washers and dryers. However, we do provide washer and dryer hookups in each unit and there will be an onsite laundry facility. 

The pet fee is a one-time fee of $500 (non-refundable), and it covers up to 2 pets. There is no monthly pet fee. We do not have any breed restrictions.

There is no assigned parking. It is an open lot. Garages are available upon request. 

The way you can tell which building the unit is in is by looking at the first digit of the unit number, and you can tell which floor the unit is on is by looking at the second digit of the unit number.

All residents must register online for PooPrints regardless of whether you have a pet. 

There is no carpet in any of the units. All the units have luxury vinyl planks throughout.

Quiet Hours are from 11PM to 7AM.

If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your apartment, we will assist you at no charge during business hours. If you are locked out after the close of business, you (the resident) will be responsible for calling a locksmith.
